Dilemma: Limited Space – Carport opening with no overhead room to fit a roller or tilt door.
Solution & Outcome: Automatic trackless combo gates. A single bi-fold folding back onto itself, and a single swing gate allowed enough room to park their cars inside carport. With no overhead room the bi-fold was the only and perfect solution to their dilemma.
The single swing gate programmed with pedestrian mode, used as a door for garage access to house. One button on hand control opens all for car access, 2nd button opens single pedestrian gate.
